DESCRIPTION
Brooks 4800 range of thermal mass flow controllers and thermal mass flow meters are designed to provide superlative services in measuring and guiding the flow of common gases. They are compactly structured and deliver ultra-fast responses. The devices are outfitted with elastomer sealing. They are qualified for use in a wide array of flow rates and applications.
The devices are equipped with a Electric Mechanical i.e MEMS thermal sensor. The sensor provides high levels of speed in responses. The meters and regulators are particularly suitable for use in OEMs.
An extremely easy-to-use interface comprising Local Operator Interface is optionally provided that enables convenient monitoring, regulating and programming of the devices.
